@cupellosoccercoaching Listen for the Transition🚀⚽️ Split the area into two pitches 20 x 20 with a 5 yard gap and one pitch has two goals the other has end zones. Players can only go into the end zone to receive the ball they cannot loiter in there. From your squad create four teams of 4 players plus 2 magic men who play for the team in possession. On each pitch it is 4v4 plus the two magic men. You need to match the colours so that both games have the same colour combinations (like red v blue in each game) Each player in each team is numbered 1-4 and when the coach shouts a number or it can be more than one number the player with that number switches pitches and joins the team of the same colour on the other pitch. So as players are moving the game will open up which often creates confusion so the team who can make sense of the confusion gains the benefits.
