Pressing player with the ball
  • Defending

Win the ball back in 6 seconds

Difficulty

When players lose the ball wherever they are on the pitch they should press to win it back. Win the ball back close to goal and your team has a huge advantage being close to goal. Lose the ball, win it back in 6 seconds is a rule I use in my sessions
