Focus on accurate shooting in this fun game that makes it harder to score if teams are winning by making the goal smaller and if a team misses the goal it gets bigger to help them score
Coaching Objectives
This is all about accurate shooting and it provides a natural handicap that equals up teams in terms of skill.
There are no goalkeepers in this game. Play a 5v5 with goals marked by using training poles placed centrally at each end 5 yards wide. Play a normal game but each time a team scores shrink the goal by half a yard. If a team shoots and misses the goal gets bigger by half a yard to make scoring easier.
