High intensity activity which is progressive and multi-directional. The drill works on fast attacks with players exploiting space and overloads finishing with a shot at goal. Then a fast transition to defend and recover into the correct positions.

What the Players Do
Set up at each end with 5 players – a goalkeeper and four outfield players. Players start either side of the goal with the reds at one end and dark blues at the other.
