Putting players in overloaded situations will help them problem solve and find solutions on how to delay the opposition, this practice will allow your players to do just that.

Coaching Objectives

In this practice players will develop their understanding on how to delay the opposition to allow teammates time to recover.  
 
They will also work on recovering quickly to prevent the opposition from scoring.
